Bob Arum's Decision- Pacquiao vs Horn

Last month their are some speculation that Pacquiao next fight is between Amir Khan but after a few weeks, Bob Arum of Top Rank Promotion announced that Khan is too early for Pacquiao. Arum look for Pacquiao next opponent and he choose Jeff Horn of Australia. The two camp already agreed the terms and they will fight on July 2 in Brisbane, Australia.

This fight will introduce Horn to the U.S boxing fans and to the world because many of us don't know who Horn is. This is his biggest fight in his professional career.

Their are some boxing fans who watched Horn in action when he fought the 43-year-old Randall Bailey and 38-year-old Ali Funeka recently but he loss to this boxers.

Amir Khan mentioned recently as an option for Pacquiao, but the deal never happened because the money wasn’t there for it to be staged.
“We’re working out the final arrangements,” Arum said to Rafael at ESPN.com “Right now we don’t have the deal in place but we’re down the home stretch. The fight is agreed to and we’re working on the contracts.”

The move of Arum for Pacquiao fight in Australia is questionable. Some people say that if Pacquiao fight in US and puts it on PPV, he might have a very low PPV numbers. This decision of Arum and only for the benefit of his promotional company and he only use Pacquiao for his own interest.

Horn vs Pacquiao is unexpected fight and we are not sure if this fight will buy. Pacquiao's previous fights is not really exciting compared to his fights between Marquez, Cotto, and Haton. Pacquiao fans is always expecting a knockout from him and there's a good chance that Pacquiao could lose to Horn.
