Mayweather vs McGregor in Moscow
The negotiations between the camp of Mayweather and McGregor has not yet finalized but Mayweather already choose a location for their fight. The retired boxer Mayweather told the reporters that he wants to fight the UFC champion in Moscow, Russia.
Assuming that they agreed that they will fight in Moscow, the place is really different from the previous boxing event.
Mayweather did not fight professionally outside the United States. For him, fighting McGregor in Moscow is a major surprise.
The fight will be in June.
"I don't want to hear no more excuses about the money, about the UFC," he said (h/t USA Today's Mike Coppinger). "Sign the paper with the UFC so you can fight me in June. Simple and plain, let's fight in June."
But McGregor wants to fight Mayweather on September. He really want to fight Mayweather and I know that boxing enthusiat can wait anymore to witness the fight.
If this happen, this will be the biggest payday for McGregor's entire career. There has been a ton of skepticism from everybody involved on whether or not the two sides could finally come to an agreement on a financial split for the profits on the fight.
But McGregor is confident that he can get a contract signed very soon. He will move on Las Vegas for his training after the birth of his first child on late April or early May.
If McGregor vs Mayweather happens, this is the first professional boxing match of Mcgregor and he is really confident that he can beat Mayweather.
